Booking
When you make a booking, we collect your first name, last name, email and phone number. This data is necessary to manage your reservation and communicate with you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credit card data is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Stay management
Booking data is transmitted to Vikey, which manages access to the accommodation and operational communications during your stay. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Chatbot
The chatbot uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to answer your questions. Messages are stored on Firebase to improve the service. Legal basis: consent.
Google Maps
The site integrates Google Maps via iframe. Google may collect data and use cookies according to its own privacy policy. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
